Frequently Asked Questions

Why are you called Bees Knees Wellness?

According to Merriam Webster Dictionary, "Bees Knees" was first used in 1921 to describe a highly admired person or thing. It was also Jenna's late uncle's favorite catch phrase.

How many days a week would I need Bees Knees?

Health Canada recommends 150-300 minutes of aerobic exercise and 3+ days of strength/balance training. It is up to you if you want Bees Knees there for 3 days a week, 1 day a week or 1 day a month.

I have a pre-existing injury/condition, can I still exercise?

All Bees Knees clients are medically screened before we get started with fitness. This includes a medical Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire and a potential Doctors note depending on your answers to the questionnaire. We will also physically assess your range of motion, balance & posture.

Can I try before I buy?

We offer a free consultation to meet & greet. We want to ensure we are the right fit for each other before we get started.
